Delivery policy

Paw Haven sells to customers in the United Kingdom. Delivery prices are in pounds sterling (£). The delivery address and available options are reviewed before payment.

Standard delivery costs £0 and takes up to 7 calendar days from your order date. The checkout shows the corresponding delivery date.

Express delivery is the next calendar day after your order date. The charge applies once per order, not per item. Your selected delivery option and total are shown before you pay.

For questions about delivery to your postcode, contact pawhaven.suport@gmail.com before ordering. No additional delivery surcharge is collected by this checkout.

If your delivery does not arrive by the date shown, or arrives damaged, contact pawhaven.suport@gmail.com with your order details. Keep any packaging and photographs that may help investigate a damaged delivery. This does not limit your statutory rights.

If an agreed delivery deadline is missed, your rights may include setting an appropriate additional deadline or cancelling where the law allows. Please see our returns and refunds policy.
