This store operates under the name Paw Haven, displayed as PawHaven on the website, and sells pet products to customers in the United Kingdom. For questions about a purchase, contact pawhaven.suport@gmail.com.

The product page describes the goods, dimensions, colour options and price. Prices and payment totals are in GBP. Review the selected colour, quantity, address, delivery charge and total before paying. No additional delivery fee is added after the total shown at checkout.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Pressing Pay Now submits a payment for the displayed total. A declined, incomplete or unverified payment is not confirmation of a successful purchase. If the payment status is uncertain, check its status before attempting another payment to avoid paying twice.

Keep your payment confirmation and contact us if you need help with your order. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email.
